The high blood sugar will damage the nerves with showing symptoms of tingling hands and feet, coldness, blurred eye sight, increased thirst and hunger and many more.
The main reason of Type 2 Diabetes is obesity and obesity is caused by different factor like some have heredity and other eating junk food.
