    If you have obesity or your weight is increasing, its means it’s really unhealthy for you and your condition. You have to maintain weight or lose some weight to being healthy person. If you lose 10-15 pound of weight, you can lower down your blood sugar easily.

    Person who has obesity with Type 2 Diabetes they have sleep apnea, in this a person stops breathing temporarily while sleeping. People who have Type 2 Diabetes and sleep apnea have risk of sudden death by heart attack. In this case blood sugar level fluctuates in this case. Consult with your doctor if you suspect sleep apnea.

    If you are in stress, there are fluctuations in blood sugar level. Do yoga and meditation which control stress. Proper sleep will affect on stress.
