Workout with High Intensity
Focus on doing one set that is with very high intensity - do your exercise slowly and with measured speed, and do not utilize momentum as it makes it easier to lift the weight and therefore puts less effort on your muscles. Make sure you reach the point of failure - the point in which you cannot move the weight anymore, and stay at this point for a while to put maximum effort on your body and ensure the muscle growth. Research showed that one set is enough to trigger muscle growth and you don't need to do 3 sets like most of these fake "gurus" advice.
Sleep at least 8-10 hours per day
Contrary to common belief, muscles are not built in the gym as gym is only the catalyst for growth. Muscles are built in your recovery - at your sleep. So make sure to get enough sleep hours, at least 8-10 hours every night to ensure that your body fully recovers and your muscles grow to their full potential. To maximize your muscle growth and strength, it is recommended that you learn what is creatine, as it can highly improve your muscle strength and recovery. Creatine is an athletic supplement used to increase intensity of workout or performance
Take Pause between Sets
If you are training in the high-intensity training method described above, make sure you take at least 3 minutes of rest between each exercise. This training method requires a lot of effort so it is important not to overtrain and not to start new exercise when you are exhausted.
Eat Enough Protein and Carbohydrates
It is important that you eat enough protein and carbohydrates, and maintain a balanced diet of 60% carbohydrates, 25% protein and 15% of fats in your diet. Do not cut carbohydrates entirely from your menu and eat complex carbohydrates that are good for your body and do not get stored as fat in your body, such as Beans and Whole Rice. In conclusion, this training method can highly improve your results and make your muscle grow much faster, make sure to try it for a few weeks and you will see results quickly.
