According to recent study, it is shown that green tea increases the metabolism and increase body energy. Catechin Polyphenois found in green tea in large amount which increases the level of fat oxidation naturally, thus green tea contains caffeine which increases the thermogenesis which quickly burns body fat by 4%. Green also regulates the glucose, carbohydrates and weakens the sugar after eating. High blood sugar creates high insulin and promotes fat deposition.
