    So, a good meal plan should contain maximum of plant food than animal foods. Animal foods cannot be just ignored from your daily plate. These are source of various food items such as vitamin B, iron, calcium etc., but it is always advised to keep the intake of these foods in a limit as excess of these food items can lead to excess of cholesterol, hormones and saturated fats which are harmful to your body. Plant foods contain healthy nutrients such as carbohydrate, essential fatty acid, phytonutrient, protein.

    Weight loss recipes refer to those which are healthy, delicious and are low in calories. These recipes are prepared with food items that are rich in nutrients and are low in calories too. There are various recipes that you can add in your daily diet and lose weight from your body.

    However, choosing the type of recipe that fits your weight loss plan and diet is also essential. As discussed above, the diet plan that you choose depends on factors such as your sex, activity level, age etc. So, the recipes that you prepare should match with the diet plan you are following.

    You can choose from recipes ranging from healthy fondue, festive to simple party favorites. However, it is necessary that you know the nutritional value of the recipe that you are following.
