1. Do Brush and Floss Daily

2. You Can Use Fluoride
Any person can use this fluoride, any adult and any children. Fluoride gives strength and provides tooth growth in children and prevents tooth decay in the adults. All toothpaste and mouth rinses contain fluoride.
3. Follow Hygiene Oral Routine
Create a oral routine which is easy to follow in daily basis. People who are suffering from diabetes they have follow special treatment for maintaining teeth healthy. So consult with your dentist, if you have any special problem.

4. Stop Eating Snacks
You can eat variety of foods, foods means only healthy. Stop eating snacks foods, or foods that are high in sugar and starch like cookies, chocolate, ice-cream, soda drinks and candy. These foods make more acids in your mouth which result decay in your mouth.
5. Quit Tobacco
Cigarettes or any tobacco products develop oral cancer and cancer of esophagus. In taking tobacco also gives bad breath and gum diseases. So quit tobacco products immediately.
6. Talk to Your Dentist
Experts say visit your dentist in every six months for healthy mouth. If you have any special condition like heart disease, diabetes, pregnancy, oral disease needs special care for your mouth, so talk to your dentist about this.
