1. Protein is all time requirement for normal person, and it is must for who are building muscles. Protein helps in repairing muscles. But the question how much protein you need, take 800 grams of protein for every kilogram of your body weight. You can fulfill this requirement by eating egg, lean meat, milk or other dairy products and protein supplement.
2. Increase the number of your meal, in other word divides your meal into 5-6 parts. Dividing meal into many will provide more nutrition to your body and it’s to digest for your stomach. Eat something in every 2-3 hours.

3. The main thing is when to eat. Eating right at right time is most important for muscle building. Eating just after the workout is most important, eat or take your protein within 20 minutes after completing your workout. Before starting your workout, eat about an hour before. Consume rich protein diet in breakfast, lunch and dinner time and rest of the day eat nutritional diet which will provide you energy.
4. There are many foods which rich in protein and you can include in your diet. At top most the red meat, chicken, turkey, fish and pork but eat lean meat only. There more protein foods like nuts, oats, egg, milk, cheese, whole grains and yogurt.
5. Protein supplements are most popular in the bodybuilding. This can fulfill your daily protein requirement. It does depend on your wish and taste, how you will take your protein supplement by making fruit shake or by adding some ice cream. There are many protein supplements available in different form like whey protein, ready to drink protein, protein bars and hydrolyzed protein, consume as per your requirement.
